Return Policy

1. Overview

At LevelNovaHub, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or exchanged. Please review it carefully before submitting a return request.


2. Digital Products

All sales of digital game keys or downloadable content are final. Once a digital code has been issued or downloaded, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

We recommend verifying system compatibility, platform requirements, and region restrictions before completing your purchase.

Exceptions may apply in cases of:

  • Failed delivery of a digital product (e.g. missing or invalid code)
  • Technical issues on our end that prevent access
  • Duplicate purchases of the same digital product within one order

In such cases, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase.


3. Physical Products

We accept returns of unopened physical game copies within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is returned in its original, unused condition
  • Includes all packaging, seals, and inserts intact
  • Was purchased directly through LevelNovaHub

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

To initiate a return, please contact our team first with your order number and reason for return. Unapproved returns may not be processed.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the case and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on availability.

Photos of the item and packaging may be requested to support your claim.


5. Refunds

Refunds (when approved) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

Digital product refunds (if granted) will be processed within 3 business days of approval.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
